The Client 

Leading player in the IGaming industry with a presence of over 10 years in the market. Its aim is to continuously improve the casino slot games landscape by providing innovative new games that offer its players a highly entertaining and captivating experience. 

Responsibilities

• Supporting  the real time data platform by designing and developing.
• Expand, evaluate and build  proof of concepts on newly developed techniques, tools and models.
• Tweaking the system to improve performance and efficiency

What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience in working with  high velocity and volume data, not limited to handling any type of data( relations, semi-structured and/or unstructured)
• Database design and development knowledge, experience in ETL processes development and multidimensional data models.
• Strong Java and OOP knowledge with Scala as an welcomed bonus
• Experience with SQL queries and database tuning.
• Great team player, the drive to take ownership and calculated risks, critical thinker and enthusiastic approach to any technical hardship 

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise with Kafka and knowledge of RabbitMQ.
• Experience with data process technologies like Apache (Spark/Flink/Beam), Oracle ODI
• Knowledge of Hadoop Cluster Architecture 
• Knowledge of Exasol.
• Knowledge of any one of the scripting languages, such as Python, Shell Scripting, or PERL.
